Discovery 2 Tube Type Bumper V.2 Offroad Front Bull Bar

The Rhino Overland Discovery 2 tube bumper is a true monster designed and built for heavy-duty use. It handles any weight your winch and chassis can pull. It uses 72mm diameter pipe with 4.2mm wall thickness. Support tubes are 27mm in diameter with 2.9mm wall thickness. The bull bar pipe is 60mm in diameter with 4.4mm wall thickness. Not recommended for Discovery vehicles without a lift. The winch plate area where the winch sits is slightly raised to account for uneven rope spooling and bulging on the drum. After welding, like all Rhino Overland steel products, the Discovery 2 tube front bumper is sandblasted for paint preparation. It is then coated with Akzo Nobel zinc. After zinc coating, it is painted with Akzo Nobel electrostatic powder coating. ***Lead time is 15 days after order.
